Getting Started in Illegal Soccer

Illegal Soccer is already live on Roblox. It is not a coming-soon teaser. Repotted opened the place on 12 May 2026, pushed it hard in late August, and the servers are 8-player sports matches with guns. If you clicked this wiki because a friend yelled “there are no referees,” this is the first-hour guide. You will not need a script, a Trello, or a leaked code. You need the official place, a HUD read, and a plan for the first tackle.

Step 1 — Join the real place

Use the Illegal Soccer link, not a copycat soccer FPS with a similar thumbnail. Confirm the creator is the Repotted group. Optional but smart: join the group and the Discord so later codes do not bounce.

Servers cap at eight players. If a server is a ghost town, hop. The match only sings when both neon goals have a crowd.

Step 2 — Locker before kickoff

The customization board is not a shop tutorial; it is how you see teammates. Tabs we have on footage:

• Jerseys — Default, Blue Tiger, Checkerboard, Perforated, Pink Prism, Pinstripe, Red Collar, Referee, Tracksuit, Violet Star, and more as they add tiles.
• Balls
• Emotes
• Goal Effects

Pick a jersey that is not identical to the enemy cluster. The locker page lists why “Referee” is a joke skin and not a job. Cosmetics do not change kick power.

Step 3 — Read the HUD before you run

On the desert pitch footage the HUD is clean:

• Top center: score (red versus blue) and a round timer.
• Under your feet: a team color ring. Pink and cyan showed up in the clip; do not shoot that color.
• Bottom center: gadget slots 1 and 2, then a row of green resource pips.

If you skip this read, you will spend the first goal wondering why a teammate melted you. They did not. You crossed the ring. Details and camera notes live on controls.

Step 4 — Understand the pitch, not FIFA

Two maps showed up in official footage: a canyon / desert stadium with huge lights and a magenta honeycomb goal, and a coastal pitch with cliffs and a boat. The maps guide is the full split. Both still have a box, a mid circle, and a net. The ball is still the point. Gadgets are the argument. Phone players should open mobile before the first kickoff.

Your first match should be greedy in a small way: touch the ball, pass off a ring-matched teammate, take one shot. Do not pull a gun the instant you spawn unless you rolled a chaos kit on purpose. Gun-first players feed the how to survive page with their deaths.

Step 5 — One gadget job

You only get two slots. Treat slot 1 as your soccer tool (movement: grapple or jet) and slot 2 as your crime (gun or oil) — or invert that if you are a keeper. The gadgets guide and tier list explain why carrying two guns is a trap for new players. You cannot shoot the ball into the net if you never reach it.

Step 6 — First-match checklist

• Mute voice if the lobby is noise; keep text for “keeper” / “left.”
• Look at the clock. Do not dive a 10-second leftover if you are the only defender.
• After a goal, reset. The trailer spark on the red net is celebration, not a loot crate.
• After the match, do not hunt scripts. Hunt a better loadout.

What “good” looks like after one hour

You can name your team color without thinking. You know which HUD slot is which. You have taken a shot that was not a panic hoof. You have been shot while dribbling and you did not immediately download an aimbot. You know how to play is the next click, not a random TikTok.

Illegal Soccer will keep adding maps and toys. The first hour does not change: official place, locker, HUD, one job, one shot, no referees, no excuses.
